2.7. When You are opening Your Account to register, You will be asked to provide accurate information. Such information will range from Your full name, date of birth, contact details, to an active email address, telephone number (“Your Contact Details”). It’s in our (“Our”) sole discretion to request additional documentation to verify Your identity and finalise Your registration.

2.8. When You hereby acknowledge and accept that, You are registering an Account with us (“Us”) solely for Your own personal use. Furthermore, You agree that when using the Services provided by us You will be acting on Your behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Accessing such Services entails the possibility of losing funds or winning money.

2.9. You are not permitted nor allowed to register more than once and create multiple Accounts to access Our Services. Furthermore, You may not use nor access a third party’s Account.

2.9.2 Should we believe, that You have registered and/or used more than one Account with us, in contravention to clause 2.9, we may in Our sole discretion:

a) restrict, suspend, and/or permanently close any and/or all Accounts;

b) withhold any winnings linked to said Accounts; and

c) and levy an administration charge for dealing with the same.

2.9.2.1. Also, any returns, deposits, or bonuses that You have gained or accrued whilst the duplicate Account was active and used by You, will be forfeited and reclaimed by us. Such funds will be returned to us on demand including any such funds whcih have been withdrawn from the duplicate Account.

2.9.2.2. In lieu of the above, we do not accept requests for any money including initial deposits to be returned when request is made in relation to money deposited or initial deposit made on a duplicate game Account. Especially if such Account was opened with the intention to receive bonuses and/or other promotional offers from us or to withdraw the initial deposit placed by You.

If we determine that a duplicate game Account has been created with the intent to defraud, the original deposits will not be returned to You.

2.9.3. If You wish to open another Account, You may only do so by contacting support via email.

2.9.3.1. If a new Account is opened, the old Account will be closed;

2.9.3.2. If You notice that You have more than one registered Account, You must notify us immediately;

2.9.3.3. Failure to do so may lead to Your Account being blocked for access.

2.9.4 Any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

2.10 If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the manager at [email protected]. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed.

2.11 You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.

2.12 If you wish to close your account, you must send a request to do so on [email protected]. By closing your Account, you also consent to the forfeiture of any promotional bonuses, prizes or benefits which you may have acquired.

2.13 In the event of closure of your Account because of gambling addiction or if your account has been closed due to fraud you acknowledge that you are prohibited from opening a new Account. The Company will not be liable if you manage to open a new account, for such action nor for any direct or indirect consequential damages. The company shall have the right to close, at any time, a new account opened in breach of the requirement stated herein.

3. Withdrawals from your account.

3.1 You may request a withdrawal of funds from Your Account at any time provided that:

3.1.1 all payments made into Your Account have been cleared and none have been charged-back, reversed or otherwise cancelled; and

3.2 The minimum withdrawal limit is of 20 EUR, or the equivalence to any other currency.

3.3 To make a withdrawal, a Player must play through their active deposited amounts at least one time before the withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices.

3.4 The Player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the Player’s residence.

3.5 By default, we will process and authorize withdrawals via the same payment method(s) used for depositing funds to Your Account on a “first in, first out” basis; should this not be possible, for whatever reason, or should You wish to initiate a withdrawal to a method other than that which was used for depositing funds, we may request additional documentation from You to prove that You are the legal Account holder for the requested withdrawal method.

Further, and in accordance with Our regulatory obligations, we may delay/and/or suspend withdrawals from Your Account until such time as any such requests have been properly fulfilled to Our sole satisfaction. Also, You must always use a payment method that solely belongs to You.

3.6 We reserve the right to carry out verification procedures for each Player when they request their first withdrawal. Such verifications may for example include, but are not limited to, copies of a Player’s passport, national Identity Card, driver’s license, copies of a Player’s utility bill, and/or copies of the debit/credit cards used to deposit.

You agree that You will provide us with all the information that we require in connection with such verification checks. We will be entitled to suspend or restrict Your Account in any way that we deem appropriate, until such time as we have completed those verification checks at Our sole discretion.

Such verification procedures will also apply when Players have requested a withdrawal of funds and they are not betting nor wagering, therefore they have no active history on their Account.

We reserve the right to reverse the Player’s funds in their Account immediately in case the Player does not send KYC documentation.

3.7. It’s the Player’s responsibility to ensure that all documents as part of the KYC process are genuine. Fake or fraudulent documentation provided may result in the confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the Player.

3.8. In the unlikely event of a Player depositing cryptocurrency funds to another cryptocurrency network address (such as but not limited to sending BTC to a BCH address), we will not attempt to recover the amount.

3.9. In the unlikely event of a Player depositing cryptocurrency funds to another cryptocurrency network address (such as but not limited to sending BTC to a BCH address), we will not attempt to recover the amount unless it exceeds 5,000 EUR (five thousand Euro). In such cases, a fee of 0.1 BTC will be charged to recover the lost funds to cover expenses to pursue the recovery, however, it’s not a guarantee to get the funds recovered.

3.10. Withdrawal processing times can take up to 48 (forty-eight) hours. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.

3.11. When processing a withdrawal, we reserve the right to apply a deduction equivalent to the amount of the respective transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to retain funds in Your Account if Your balance will be less than EUR 1.50, due to higher sums of transfer commissions. For cases of inactivity please refer to section 6.

3.12. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfer can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside Our the influence .

3.13. The maximum withdrawal amount to a Player is 50,000 EUR (fifty thousand Euro) per month unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. This means that We reserve the right to pay the Player up to 50,000 EUR (fifty thousand Euro) monthly. The exceeded wins on the other hand will be paid in instalments.

3.14. We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity (Know Your Client) when effecting deposits into Your Account at any stage, including when You do Your first deposit. This could include (but is not limited to) a selfie with a document or form of identification. To verify a Player’s Account the management requires documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.).

3.15. We may delay or cancel withdrawals in order to carry out additional checks which we may consider necessary, at Our sole discretion, from time to time. We may refuse withdrawal requests and/or withhold funds in the event that we discover any irregularities in the course of Our investigation.

3.16. If You have multiple withdrawals pending, we reserve the right to reject all withdrawals and request You to perform one withdrawal with the sum of all multiple withdrawals.

3.17. Bonuses are considered as funds which You are restricted to withdraw. To withdraw these restricted funds, You must complete the requisite wagering requirements. In addition to the above, in all circumstances, all Players must wager all deposits at least once prior to making a withdrawal.

If an Account has been dormant, closed, blocked, or excluded for any reason and for any period of time the Player may contact Our support team to recover any pending funds that he might still have in the Account. Our support team will immediately launch an investigation into the claim and the Player will be contacted back with information of how the funds will be transferred back to him. 4. General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Unless otherwise explicitly stated, players located in the following countries are not eligible to claim any type of bonus: Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Mauritius, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Russia, Poland, Serbia, Bangladesh and Tunisia. 4.6 When claiming any type of bonus, all bets are deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there are insufficient funds in your Cash Balance, then the bet will be deducted from your Bonus Balance.This however, does not apply to some categories of free spins bonus claimed via email promotions or issued manually as the free spins have to be used up before bets can be deducted from your cash balance.

4.7 Players can request a withdrawal of their deposits prior to meeting the wagering requirements but keep in mind that the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

4.11 Unless otherwise stated, any type of free bonus must be wagered 50X before being transferred to your Cash Balance.

4.12 All unused deposit Cash Bonuses will expire after 7 days.

4.14 In case you fail to fulfill your wagering requirements, the Active Bonus can be removed only if you reach a total balance (both cash and bonus) of EUR 1, USD 1, CAD 1, NOK 10, or less, and you have no pending/unfinished games.

4.31 Moonspin reserves the right to confiscate any bonuses or winnings received in a fraudulent manner or generated from games which are restricted from being played with active bonus. 4.33 It is forbidden to:

5. General Deposits Terms and Conditions

5.1 The minimum amount of Deposit (“Deposit) with FIAT currency is 10 EUR/USD or equivalent to any other currency. When depositing in crypto currency there is no fixed minimum amount.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied. If you want to limit your ability to deposit with Us, kindly use any other available option.

When depositing using cryptocurrencies, You are to ensure that You are depositing an amount greater than or equal to, the minimum deposit limit for that particular currency, as displayed on the deposit page of Your Account. Deposits below this limit cannot be processed by Our payment processor and will not reach Your Account. Furthermore, the Deposits below the stated limit cannot be returned to you.

5.2 The deposited amount would be visible on Your Account within a reasonable time after the Deposit has been confirmed.

5.3 You acknowledge and agree that the Deposits made to Your Account, where made with Your own funds. If We discover, detect or identify that:
– You are depositing in Your Account using third party funds; and/or

– If Deposits being made into Your Account with funds which have been acquired from illegal activity, such an act will also amount by extension to Fraud:

We reserve the right whcih is under Our sole discretion to suspend or close Your Account, and furthermore, to cancel, reverse, adjust the transactions and/or forfeit the funds deposited including the winnings generated form the deposited funds.

5.4 You may only use your own personal credit/debit card or any another payment method addressed to You to fund your Account. The name appearing on the credit cards or registered on the payment account used for deposits and payouts must correspond with Your name registered on Your Account.
